KISORO; The kisoro district football Association (DFA) has been advised to unite and fight against divisionism amongst its leaders if they are to encourage more talent development from different sports activities in Kisoro district.
This call was made by the Chairman of the Uganda Football Coaches association in Charge of Western Region who also doubles as the head coach for Gorilla highland sports Club, Mutabaruka John during a sports show at Voice of Muhabura fm on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Mutabaruka, the Kisoro DFA leadership must be having a common goal of bringing the Bafumbira community together through football and other sports activities because it’s the only way to identify talents and find opportunities for them including Coaching Courses.
“i advise Kisoro’s DFA leaders to unite with one goal of developing football so that they can go on ground and find opportunities for the Bafumbira” Mutabaruka said.
He noted that he is determined to bring personnel to train football coaches in Kisoro in order to help those with the desire to be coaches to access training services at cheaper costs.
Meanwhile Mutabaruka John said that the Bafumbira should embrace his being in Kisoro as the Chairman of all football coaches in western Uganda because they can undertake football coaching courses at all levels without leaving Kisoro district.
