The LCV Woman Councilor for Nyakinama Sub County, Nakato Diana has openly berated the Kisoro District LCV Chairperson Abel Bizimana by calling him a Disgrace for using comedy to advance his selfish agenda in the pursuit of Political superiority in the district.
Nakato, who was speaking on the floor of the District Council today did not mince her words when she said the LCV chairperson has frustrated development partners including Save the Children, an international NGO by playing dirty politics and use inappropriate language when addressing important people of Substance.
No sooner had the Woman Councilor said her words than the emotional LCV chairperson returned a vulgar response, prompting the District Speaker Amos Hakizimana to demand order and decorum from the district leaders.
In an exclusive interview with www.vomuhabura.com, the LCV chairperson and Bufumbira East Member of Parliament Hopeful said, some district councilors are bribed to tarnish the image of the district chairperson.
According to Bizimana, who is currently pursuing his PhD at Makerere University, the honorable councilor who called him a disgrace is inept when it comes to the English language and therefore, she should remain in her lane.
The district council managed to approve and pass 300 million shillings supplementary budget to assist bridge the financial gaps at Sub County and town council level.
