A 57 year old Congolese man has been paraded at Nyakinama Sub County head quarters on allegations of witchcraft.
Rukumbuzi Zakayo, who has been living in Uganda, was captured on the CCTV camera at the home of a one, Harera Sam, in Nyakinama village, Rwaramba Parish, Nyakinama Sub County.
In the video, seen by Voice of Muhabura, Zakayo is seen picking what appears to be aggregates at a construction site, at 5am.
Out of worry, Harera Sam informed villagers, who resolved to parade the asylum seeker at the Sub County headquarters for redress.
Although Mr Harera forgave him, the angry residents say they want him out of the community.
The Nyakinama LC3 Chairperson, Charles Kamuhanda Bigira has since warned all tenants against criminal activities.
