His luck run out when he was spotted by some residents who arrested him and took him to Nyarubuye Police Station.
Kabande Cell LC1 chairperson Nteziyaremye Lauben described the incident as reckless and inconsiderate to other water users in the area.
Several Residents demanded that the suspect be presented before the courts of law so as to deter him from repeating such actions.
It is alleged that Sebisusa had previously done something similar a few years back when his latrine got filled up however, he was never cautioned or reprimanded.
Nkanka Water Source was commissioned by President Yoweri Museveni in 2021 to provide fresh water to communities in Kisoro under the Management of National Water and Sewerage Corporation.
Its water supply comes as an additional support to Chuho Fresh Water that was the main water source for Kisoro Communities.
Rukundo Town Council Mayor Ndagijimana Clever advised people within the trading center to invest in constructing more latrines because of the growing population.
He noted that Open defecation still remains a major challenge to authorities because it affects the health of many people in the area.
