Happy Homes Initiative tipped to boast skills among Kisoro Youth and the Vulnerable

The Kisoro District Chairperson Abel Bizimana who doubles as the Founder of MBIZ foundation has revealed a new project aimed at developing skills of the youth and the vulnerable during these perilous times of COVID- 19

While speaking to Voice of Muhabura, Bizimana explained that Happy Homes Initiative, which is part of MBIZ foundation is targeting the youth, both educated and the uneducated who have interest in learning hands on skills including tailoring and Sound Management.

MBIZ foundation that was founded by Mr. Abel Bizimana with its focus on Conservation, Human Rights and Research.

“The youth has been adversely affected by the effects of Covid-19, what we simply want to do is, create a platform for those youth who are interested in learn some hands on skills in order to survive”, Bizimana explained

He further noted that fashion and design is a trendy industry that has no boundaries because good work will always attract a good price. He noted that sound management is very important because people need MCs. Deejays and events management because the world has gone digital.

The Programs Coordinator at MBIZ foundation Ms. Esther Boneza revealed that fashion designing is the core training component under Happy Homes initiative adding that any youth is welcome
