Kisoro’s New CAO receives Controversial Number of Civil Servants

Mama Annah Mbitse, the wife of the Bishop of Muhabura Diocese Rt. Rev Godfrey Mbitse has called on parents to take their responsibilities seriously because the future of their children can be determined by parents’ actions and intentions.

Mama Anna Mbitse made the remarks yesterday during the second day of a four-day conference of all clergy wives and female clergy at Muhabura View Guest House in Kisoro Municipality.

The main facilitators include Maudah Nkurunungi, the wife of the Diocesan Secretary of Kigezi and Rev Deborah Tumushabe the mothers’ union coordinator for Kigezi Diocese.

The conference is being attended by over 70 members under the theme found in Romans chapter 12 verse 1-2

Mamma Annah advised parents to always educate their children because it is the only gift that can shape the future of their children.

Maudah Nkurunungi urged parents to always consider both boy child and a girl child and not lean on one side because it can affect the way children grow up in society.

Rev Deborah Tumushabe urged the wives of the clergy to make sure that their relationship are grounded in God and she further called on wives to use all the available resources to increase household income in their homes while their husbands carry out the ministry of God.
