Two primary school pupils narrowly survive death in two separate accident accounts in Kisoro Town, currently admitted at Mutolere Hospital.

Two primary school pupils are admitted at St Francis Mutolere hospital in critical conditions after involving in two separate motor accidents in Kisoro district.

The accidents happened on Monday 16th /11/2020.

One of the pupils was identified as Ingabire Anita aged 12,  a resident of Karambi Village in Nyarusiza Sub County. Ingabire is a pupil at Kabere primary school.

While the other was identified as Turinimana Abius aged 14 and a pupil at Kabuga primary school.

How the accidents happened?

Ingabire Anita was knocked by Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited (UEDCL) vehicle at Kisoro-Mutulore road near Kindly petrol service station while crossing to the roadside where she was selling Vegetables.

According to eye witnesses, Anita was rescued and rushed to Mutolere hospital immediately by the same vehicle whose registration number had not yet been established.

Meanwhile, Turinimana Abius servived death after falling off a tipper vehicle at Chapa trading center along Kisoro Kabale road.

By, the time this story was compiled, the family of Ingabire Anita had not yet been identified.
