Kisoro: Technicians under their Umbrella association, Kisoro Technicians Development Association (KTDA) have developed a set of new rules aimed at increasing professionalism among workers and better service delivery to customers.
KTDA Chairperson Ndizeye Enoce told vomuhabura.com that among the rules that are vital for excellence is, all association members must own the association uniform, the association Identity card which must be visible around one’s neck during work hours for clients to easily identify the service provider.
Ndizeye Enoce who also doubles as the director for Ganoze traders asked the association members to desist from rendering substandard services to their customers to maintain a good relationship and trust.
The comments come following increased demand for TV service providers across the district creating a loophole for wrong elements to defraud the public of their hard earned cash.

He explained that the association has plans to offer training skills to those people who are interested adding that COVID 19 was a huge blow to many people who lost jobs and now need a new way of earning a living.
