Chris Obore, the director communications and public affairs department in parliament said the trio will primarily help coordinate the media needs to those offices.

“The offices are entitled to have media coordinators,” Obore said, adding that parliament contracts last for two and a half years but are renewable.

“This is really good for us because it will enable us have timely engagements with the public,” Obore added.

Obore said his office would guide them on how to execute their roles.

Kagingo is the managing director for soft power communications, while Sabiti and Kitata previously worked with mainstream media houses.
