Veteran Politician and Kisoro Municipality Central division LCIII chairperson Ramadhan Ndikuyeze has revealed his interest to run for the top office of district NRM after more than 20 years of serving as vice chairperson.
Ramadhan, made the revelation yesterday during a Press briefing at his office.
He explained that as new NRM district chairperson, he will revive meetings at all levels of leadership to ensure the Presidential dreams of development are realized.
Ramadhan said it has not been possible for him to fully implement his plans because all power belongs to the long serving Hon. Dr. Philemon Mateke who has served Kisoro faithfully.
Kisoro district is largely a one party district with NRM political leaders taking all Parliamentary seats, Kisoro district LCV seat and majority councilor seats.
NRM district registrar Majambere Taddeo said that he has not received communication from secretariat about any forthcoming Party election.
