While launching the books Museven hailed the literary works of the secretary to the Judiciary, Pius Bigirimana asking other government officials to emulate him.
The president said, “Where people see challenges, Bigirimana sees opportunities”.
Bigirimana said these events came together in powerful way to influence his meditation and the manner and tone of writing of the first edition of the Abundance mentality.
Bigirimana who previously served as Permanent secretary in the office of the Prime minister, wrote Abundance Mentality after witnessing major developments at the OPM including a corruption scandal that saw donors cut aid and senior officials arrested and Jailed.
