“And you find a person has become a leader but when he/she is not fit for it, it is another challenge in our country, people are no longer minding about people to leader them. A person voting someone because he has been given a little, it is a set back to our leadership,” Dr. Buturo said.

Hon. Buturo inspires developments in his constituency by tackling the education sector through rewarding best performers with mattresses

He also cautioned people who vote people into power basing on tribe, relationship and religion because it also limits chances of able and gifted leaders to get a platform of serving their communities.

Hon. Buturo said that people should always not cry when their leaders fail to deliver because they are the ones who voted them into power.

“That’s why you see someone is in leadership without leadership qualities, such person is not supposed to be a leader. Do not regret because you’re the one who voted him/her on grounds that is you’re relatives/he gave you something small,” Buturo added.

Meanwhile, He that Kisoro needs leaders with a new thinking who will base on five factors of development. They include education, hard work, parental guidance and good leadership.
