Ezra Ndagije has been installed as the new president of Mugahinga Rotary club.
The function was held at Tourist Hotel in Kisoro municipality on Friday 10th July 2020.
Mr Ezra Ndagije has replaced Mr Zakary Bigirimana who has been the president for last one year.
The Zoom conference was was officiated by John Magezi Ndamira who congratulated the out going club President Mr Bigirimana for championing club objectives.
He said t they will need to offer their time and resources to succeed in their term of office.
Mr. Seruhungo Ezra the Rotary club new president promised to work with board members to add on where the outgoing board had reached. He said that they are going to look for more opportunities especially in this time of lock down.
The outgoing Rotary president Zakary Bigirimana said in their term of office, they experienced a number of challenges which he said the new executive should focus at. He however noted that they achieved a number of things including contributing towards the construction of water tanks at Kisoro hospital.
Rotary club aims at providing humanitarian services to the less privileged people.
Mgahinga Rotary club kisoro was chartered on 25 June 2019 with the aim of serving community.
