This is the act of sexual contact with an animal.

Court records indicate that the suspect committed the crime on 12th March 2023 while in Murambi village in Nyakinama Sub County.

According to a police witness who testified before the court today, Nzamuye Amos was reported by his wife Nyiramugisha at Nyakinama police station.

It is alleged that Nzamuye Amos returned home while high after smoking opium and started chasing his wife and two children with a panga.

After chasing the wife, he returned to his two roomed house and had sex with a goat before turning to her 11-year-old daughter that was sleeping on Mattress.

A police witness told the court that the daughter without shyness stated that her father forced her to spread legs and sexually abused her.

His worship Komakech said the witnesses before the court are enough to pin the suspect and subsequently remanded him until 7th February 2024 when he will return to court to defend himself.
