Suleiman Kasoozi hands over to Musa Ismail as Kisoro CAO

The outgoing Kisoro Chief administrative officer Kasozi Suleiman on monday 20 July 2020 handed over the office to Onzou Ismail during a farewell party that was held at the Kisoro district council hall.

While handing over the office, Kasozi expressed his dissatisfaction over the transfer that saw him head to Bukomasimbi a new district whose offices are merged and full of dust.

“Bukomansimbi is a new district that is about eight years old and definately the environment is totaly different, I can say ngeze mu nfuufu but I will manage it” said kasoozi

Kasozi however applauded the political and technical leadership of Kisoro especially the LC5 chairperson and the RDC for having enabled him execute his duties in Kisoro lawfully despite a few challenges. He also urged the incoming Onzou Ismail to ensure that all unfinished government projects in Kisoro are completed and departments that have acting leaders get real heads.

The new Kisoro CAO, Onzou Ismail Musa pledged to perform to his best basing on the experience that he has after serving in several district including Ntugamo, Karamoja, Katakwi and Koboko since 2005.

The Kisoro district LC5 Chairperson, Abel Bizimana asked the new CAO to maintain supervision on his workers, reward best performers and ask them to respect their leaders to ensure quality service delivery.

On behalf of the resident district commissioner, the District Security Internal Officer, Chefula Asiimwe commended Kasozi Suleiman for being social and asked the new CAO Onzou to have confidence in Kisoro district.
