Police in Kisoro has registered a fatal road accident involving a fuso truck that knocked dead a 10 year old boy of Kangoma village, Nyakinama Sub County, Kisoro district.
The deceased has been identified as Justus Jordan, a grandson to Charles Nzabala of Kangoma village, Nyakinama Sub County.
Kisoro traffic police Sgt. Otole Yofasi said the incident occurred yesterday at 10:45am when the driver of the fuso knocked and crushed the victim’s head, leading to his death.
Police says the body of the deceased was handed over to the family for burial while the vehicle was towed to Kisoro central Police station pending IOV inspection.
Details of the driver remain unclear as Police did not mention whether he had been arrested or if he is still at large.
