Man with Guns caught on Kisoro Bus.
Passengers aboard Bismarkan Bus were yesterday morning shocked to learn that among them, was a man with two guns, hidden in a sack of Cassava, according to eye witnesses.
The man is also said to have held two National Identity Cards of Uganda and Burundi.
Kisoro Police has identified the man as Mbabazi Turinayezu alias Hassan, aged 25.
Police say, the arrest of the man followed a tip off by an informer that someone had brought guns and kept them in a sack of cassava.
Kisoro Resident District Commissioner Peter Mugisha says the problem of having Congolese refugees entering the country in huge numbers makes it very difficult to monitor all elements.
Kisoro residents have since been urged to mind their personal security and report anything suspicious.
