Boda Rider gets 18 Years for Aggravated Defilement.

Gasigazi Geoffrey 40, a resident of Murora Sub County, Kisoro district will be spending the next 18 years in Prison for defiling a 15 year old girl, back in 2019.

Gasigazi offered a lift to the minor to take her home in Muramba Sub County since they all live in the same neighborhood.

Court heard that Gasigazi rode the motorcycle straight to his place of abode where he forcefully had sexual intercourse with the minor.

The Kabale High court Circuit Resident Judge, Hon. Justice Emokor Samuel sentenced the convict to 18 years in Prison on charges of Aggravated defilement.
