The occurrences that took place today at Kisoro Technical Institute in Nyakabande Sub County, Kisoro district have left many speechless.
A traditional healer by the names of Katapapa Salongo today shocked people in Nyakabande Sub County, Kisoro district after he exposed two Security Guards attached to Kisoro Technical Institute in connection to stolen food from the school store.
Kisoro Technical Institute, which has three Security guards including Habumugisha James, Habumugisha Robert and Tukamushaba Edison were all arrested on Thursday in connection to the robbery.
Tukamushaba Edison, the only security guard to work on that fateful night of the robbery says he carried out his routine patrols of the school and noticed that all padlocks on the administration and stores were secure.
According to Tukamushaba, his colleagues said they would not report because of not feeling well.
The Suspects were today released by Nyakabande Police Post after no evidence tying them to the crime was found.
Close source told media that one person on the teaching staff, who preferred anonymity said he was tired of the school being robbed over and over again.
He further decried Police inability to investigate and get the wrong doers.
He called upon the services of a traditional healer identified as Katapapa Salongo.
Money contributions from the students and general public were made in order for Katapapa to perform his duties.
Within moments, two of the Security Guards, Habumugisha James and Habumugisha Robert fell to the ground and could not move.
Eyewitness accounts explain that the two men failed to move after the traditional healer performed his rituals.
Katapapa Salongo says his profession is based on traditional and cultural medicine which offers results better than any Police investigation would ever deliver.
