The lifeless body of Sezibera Francis 52, a resident of Mataba village, Sooko parish, Muramba sub county, Kisoro District was discovered, naked and dumped in the sorghum garden by a village foot path with multiple open and closed wounds.
Police in Kisoro say, strangulation line marks were also found around the neck of the deceased.
It was reported that in the afternoon of 2nd December, 2023 the deceased left his home for an evening of drinking and socialization but he didn’t go back home.

The next morning, his body was found by passersby.
Police say the motive of the murder has not yet been established and no suspects have been arrested.
