However a section of Boda Boda Cyclists in Kisoro municipality have expressed their desire for another locked down just after few hours of legal operation following a lift on their sector by the president in the previous presidential address on covid-19.

Speaking to reporters at their respective stages, Cyclists cited challenges of limited customers, Many Boda Bodas on the road hindering fat incomes compared to how they have been earning in lockdown through smuggling customers.

He called upon all Boda Boda fraternity to work together despite the competition on the road.

Karangara added that most Boda Boda Cyclists are jubilating because most of them have been suffering under lockdown.
