Gen. Kutesa who has just retired from the army last month is said to have been suffering from internal body organs.

Gen. Kutesa earlier on suffered kidney complication. He was a key rebel figure of National Resistance Army/Movement bush war that brought President Museveni into power.

He is also the author of How I Saw it, Uganda Revolution 1979- 1986
