Body of Rwandan killed in Kisoro handed over to Rwandan authorities at Cyanika

The body of Mukiza Ivan 23 who was killed at club de zone in Kisoro Municipality was today afternoon handed over to Rwandan authorities.
Mukiza a resident of Kisenyi, Nyabihu _Mukamira in Rwanda was hit a hammer on head by his colleague Kazungu Edson who is also from Rwanda.

While handing the dead body to authorities from Rwanda,Sanyu Erasmus the chahi Sub county LC 3 chairperson regretted the death of Mukiza saying that he was a good boy since he started working in Uganda. Mukiza was killed yesterday at around 11am.

Sanyu attributed the death of Mukiza to the misunderstanding with Kazungu Edson whom they were working together at Club de zone. The ambulance and the coffin were sanitized by Rwanda team who were in personal protective gears before receiving it.

One who spoke on behalf of a team that received the body asked Uganda to continue sharing information with Rwanda about the person who killed Mukiza.
Meanwhile police has arrested three people in connection to the incident to help in investigation.

Eye witnesses say that Mukiza Ivan quarrelled with Kazungu Edson. Kazungu went ahead to look for a hammer which he used to kill his friend. Mukiza was rushed to Kisoro hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Police has arrested three people to help in investigations.
