Residents in Buhozi Parish Busanza Sub County have blamed the sorry roads in their area on the antagonism between the district LC5 chairperson, Abel Bizimana and the area MP, Hon. Kamara John Nizeyimana.

Speaking to voice of Muhabura, Buhozi residents said that the poor road network in their area has caused them high transport costs and severe accidents and yet politicians have always promised to work upon them.

They singled out the Kisoro district LC5 Chairperson and the Bufumbira north MP for being major hindrances because the LC5 chairperson withdrawn a tractor that had been brought by Hon. Kamara to start grading.

“Zulu Pie promised us good roads as he campaigned for his first term but it has been vice versa” Residents said.

Hon. Kamara John told voice of Muhabura that he has always injected in his cash to ensure that roads are maintained but his efforts have always been downplayed by Mr. Abel Bizimana who is also the secretary for works department.

“Personally i inject in My Money to buy fuel for tractors to work up on roads in my area by Zulu Pie always halts them” says Hon Kamara.

Meanwhile, Hon. Kamara advised his residents to storm the LC5 chairperson’s office because he cannot listen to his requests. Boda Boda cyclists in the area agreed to storm the offices on Monday 27th July 2020.

“Boda Boda are yo with me? will you storm his office? if he denies you a tractor carry him” Kamara orders Boda Boda cyclists.

However, the Kisoro district LC5 chairperson, Abel Bizimana said that the decision to storm his office is unwise because Boda cyclists are not civil servants.

He also refuted allegations that he withdrawn a tractor that had been lobbied by Hon. Kamara to Open up Rugabano – Natete Road.
