I was not dead, Mfitumukiza narrates

Mfitumukiza Fonogo 35 resident of Kaziba village ,Gasovu parish in Nyarusiza sub county has dismissed reports that he was dead.
On Wednesday 15 the family of Zakariya Mihigo announced the death of Mfitumukiza after his wife in Kasese informed them that his husband has died after hanging himself.
However Mfitumukiza said that he never committed suicide instead his wife forged his death after putting him under police arrest over family misunderstandings.
He said that he was shocked after seeing people who had gone to pick him yet he was in police custody but not in mortuary.
Ntegeyinana Steven one who was among that rushed to pick Mfitumukiza said that the wife told them that her husband committed suicide by hanging.
He said the intention of the wife was to make relatives of Mfitumukiza rush to Kasese to solve their misunderstandings.
On Wednesday night people had started the vigil but they were shocked at around 11 pm when they were informed that Mfitumukiza was still alive.
